USA will begin impact bargaining with management over the KRONOS timekeeping and location tracking system on June 2nd, and we need you to join us as a Silent Bargaining Representative (SBR).
If you’ve never served as an SBR before (or just want a refresher), you can learn more about the process on the SBR webpage. If you’re a returning SBR, you probably remember what an enlightening (and enraging) experience this was when we bargained our 2024 – 2027 contract. The rules around impact bargaining are a little different, but the basic premise remains the same: any leverage at the table comes from you, and when we all show up as a unified front. There is no “right argument” that will win this fight. It’s up to you and your coworkers to create the strength and transparency you deserve.
